Hello is there a way to set the start and end time for the video screen capture process.

Also to make it save automatically when done?

For example i have long recordings that would be nice to do while i sleep or am at work.

Dear user,

Thank you for your interest in AVS4YOU software.

Unfortunately for now there is no possibility to set the start and end time for screen capture.

However I have passed the suggestion over to our developers team and they will consider this option in future releases.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Kind regards

[I have been using AVS products for over a decade. Several times over the years I have asked you to add an enhancement to allow both the audio and video recording software to include a stop timer. Simply if I start a recording that I know will run for say 90 minutes I could tell Audio (or Video) Editor to stop the recording at 90 minutes and AudioEditor would save the recording for editing later.
You have ignored this simple request fora decade.
So my question now is : Is there a way for me to set up a batch file to do this? or maybe a PowerShell routine?? I have created batch files to open and close AudioEditor but when the batch file closes the program it does not save the recording. Is there another way to do this??

Hello,
We apologize for the delay,

Unfortunately, no there is no way to set an automatic stop timer for recordings in AVS Audio Editor. But it's possible to realize by using third-party automation tools, such as AutoIt. In Autoit you can do this by positioning the mouse cursor.

Best regards,
