I guess I should've read the license agreement before purchasing the software, but I just upgraded my PC, as the old one had ongoing faulty USB port issues

I then tried to reactivate my license and it said it's been used on too many computers

Support them referred me to the license agreement which says I need to buy the software all over again if I have a "new pc"

that can't be right, surely? If I upgrade my PC I have to then buy the software all over again?
