What does one do? I've been logging support requests for days and zero response. Had a laptop die and need to reinstall on the new one I bought.

Has AVS Support suspended service for some reason?

I have been trying to fix a problem with my video editor for over a month. And now I don't get an response from your "support team." I would like my money back. How can I make that happen?
