I originally purchased an unlimited software licence 6 years ago. 3 years ago I had to replace the computer after it burned out. Now today It stops working saying my "unlimited Subscription" has expired. I did a key retrieval, tried to reenter it as your site suggests, and now it is saying that we have to buy a new copy due to it being a new computer when it is the same computer it has been on for over 2 years. Your site still tells me that the key is active but refuses to allow me to use it on a computer it has been on for all this time. Are you seriously telling me that it has taken you 3 years to recognize that it is on a different computer?
