I have issue to activate the softs after a re-installation of windows 8.1.

I have opened a ticket a long time but have no answer.

Is the support always so long ? Has someone experience of re-installation ?

I am not able to activate after putting the license key.
I am waiting for Support to help but no answer from them.
Am I ever going to be helped?

I told you, I have the Key and I am entering the key with Firewall Turned off.
I am doing exactly as you said. All firwall was turned off.
But I guess it is not working. Please send your phone number or call me at 832 655 4304
The font of the app is too small. I can barely read it.
Is it due to not being activated or how do I make the font bigger.
Activation is still showing under
Start menu > open Apps section by clicking the arrow at the bottom of your desktop > AVS4YOU section > AVS4YOU activation >
So I am not sure, it is being activated or not.
I need this to work ASAP or would like to get the refund.

I am running this on Windows10
Is that a problem?
