why aren't my AVS products updating anymore? the update manager shows "i don't need to update", then when i go to the site i see newer versions.

What version do you currently have on if I may ask? It might be too old of a version already but something's just not right here.

The versions of the software you have installed should be too old to be recognised correctly by the latest verions of AVS Update Manager.

Please reinstall the software following the instructions send to you via AVS Support System.
