Hi i having a problem with AVS video converter and bitdefender total security im getting the (access violation at address 0051746a in module avsconverter.exe read of address 00000028) error when it turned on but if i turn it off AVS works OK is there anything i can do to fix this problem i have done the uninstall and reinstall a number times and removed all file but still get this error it happens about 15% of using program

Unfiortunately there is a compatibility problem with BitDefender and AVS4YOU software.

We are now communicating with BitDefender manufature to resolve the issue.

Fow now you need to disable BitDefender for the time using AVS4YOU.

How about if you add this program to Bitdefender exception list. There must be a section on how you can add this program to something like a "trust list".
