I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled at least 20 times. My problem has not gone away. I have been working on a video since May. If I leave the Video Editor open too long, it crashes and can't find a way to resolve the problem. To fix this problem, I have tried saving my projects. However when I go to reopen them, the videos don't even finishing caching before it crashes. I need help now!! Last time I brought this up, I was basically ignored. Real nice Customer Service.*CRAZY*

Dear user,

Please unzip the file in the attachment and run it by double clicking on it.

After that disable caching by following Edit tab on the top toolbar of AVS Video Editor - Settings - Environment tab - check the option "No caching" - Ok.

Try to use AVS Video Editor and inform about the result.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
