Hello,

today I used a (for me) new virus scanner.
In four of your install programms the scanner
found malware. This malware installs unasked
unwanted data in firefox.

Why do you put such code in your programs?
I payed for your produkts and I´m very
disappointed.

Hello,

it was the ESET-Online Scanner.
The files are from your server and
from the years 2010 and 2011.

To nearly all from this files the scanner

Dear Nat,

1. Till today I havn´t delete the old files I got from your
website. The old AVS programms can read every format
and copy- or read protection is no hindrance.
2. I told you twice that I only use the files from your
official website.

What I would do for situations like this is just run a Windows System restore. That should be fixed afterwards for you.
