Trying to convert a video for my S4 getting the error 13 whenever I start converting. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled. I did use the uninstall tool, I cleaned my registry, rebooted, etc.

I copied the file to a new locaton, tried again, same error.
I tried converting straight off my network drive, same error.

What am I doing wrong here? I tried everything that people have posted about this error so far.

Our software can give "Error code 13" working on FAT32 hard drive after output file reaches 4 Gb.
