I have been using AVS Video Converter 8.5.1 in Windows 7 for a few weeks with no problems. Starting yesterday, when I load any video file I can't see part of AVS screen because it is covered by a blank rectangle, which actually is the screen shown in Aspect Correction that is there all the time no matter what. It happens with any video format (screenshot attached). After a few hours of testing I found that the problem disappears by disabling DirectDraw in Windows 7 (Screen resolution, Advanced settings, Troubleshoot, Change settings, Disable all DirectDraw and Direct3D accelerations...)(screenshot attached). However, this setting affects Windows' graphics capability and speed since turns off hardware acceleration. Any idea?
Thanks
