I want to make the best quality sharp and clear 1080p PC gaming videos for YouTube.

I want to know what is your best codec preset, or you might need to make one specially to do this ?

Every Preset I have tried in AVS Video Editor, and also experimented with by changing the settings for, so far,
YouTube does not allow enough MBs to make the 1080p videos to be all sharp and clear to be impressive.

I think Gaming videos are different than normal videos shot by a cameras,
because of the often faster movement and sharper pixels, etc. which means more digital information to process, etc.

I have read alot about it but had no luck yet. So what is your best preset & settings for1080p gaming video for YouTube ?

My gaming videos are recorded by Bandicam in Xvid, 60fps, VBR, audio - 48kHz, 192kbps,
then I edit them in AVS.

Do you have a AVS preset to match this YouTube "Advanced encoding settings"
https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171?hl=en
Maybe that info is only for camera type recordings only ?

I tried to match it in the Produce settings, and even used your YouTube presets, but still YouTube compresses them too much.

Dear user,

To get the created video of better quality please try to select the input file parameters like video bitrate, frame rate and frae size to be the same for the output, to do it press the Advanced button after selecting the format. To check the input file parameter right click on the file while in AVS Video Editor - choose Properties.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you.

Kind regards

I know about doing all of that, and I have done it,
but it seems YouTube needs to allow more megabytes for higher quality videos thesedays.

I may send you a sample of sharp and clear 1080p gaming video and see if you can make it sharp and clear after uploading to YouTube,
then downloading it and see how it comes out.

I have made some 1080p gaming videos before and YouTube handles them good,
but this new game, which is a sequel, is much sharper because of new gaming graphics enhancements.

Dear user,

Thank you for the detailed information.

Yes the problem is video on YouTube are required to be of high quality and small size, that is almost impossible.

AVS Video Converter offers you the option to convert video for YouTube, that will be most suitable for it:
