I bought the Unlimited AVS4You today 5th Nov 2013 & it has crashed part way through converting mpg to avi, after every attempt.

I re did the activation process to be sure & its still crashed.

I hope you can suggest a simple fix to my new software :( I don't normally have any 'crash' issues with anything.

You have the previous version of AVS Video Converter installed.

Please reinstall the software following the steps below:
Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

Download and install the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:

Now try to convert your file once again and inform about the result.
