Hello There,

I recently convert a video file(MKV. File) to Blu-ray and when the conversion was complete, I burn it in a Blu-ray Disc. When I played the disc in my Blu-ray player, the picture quality was good, but I noticed that I couldn't hear anything...there was no audio and the file had audio. What seems to be the problem? Can anyone help me out?

Dear user,

Please try to provide some additional information about the problem so we could assist you:
- specify the program you used and its version,
- specify the origin of your MKV file and try to playback it on your PC players first, inform if it can be played without any problems,
- specify if you get the audio on the preview window of the program before you convert it.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
