We purchased 2 user licenses for AVS4YOU a few years ago. One license is for me and the other was for a former employee at our firm. The former employee's laptop was wiped clean... along with the AVS4YOU software.

I need to install this product for someone else that started with our firm - but I do not have the license key information for this new person. I have ONE of the license keys, but how do I obtain the other one again?

I should clarify.... I attempted the License Retrieval system by going to the Support page and clicking on License Retrieval... then selecting our product type and typing in the original e-mail address that was used to purchase the software package. However, that e-mail address no longer exists and e-mail can no longer be received using that address. That's why I'm writing to find out if there is another way to retrieve that 2nd license key.

Getting a little frustrated now. Had to reinstall the software after a crash and I am unable to get my key. Tried support but no help. I have a one year sub. to video converter.

hi buddy, just to check up on this, were you able to activate this already?

I purchased the software and have yet to receive an activation key via email. I also attempted the retrieval but was told that my email is not recognized. Can anyone provide me assistance?

I am Anil Kumar writing this Message. My Windows 10 Desktop where I had installed licensed software crashed. Now I have re-installed Windows OS. But in the process, all the softwares that I had earlier installed on my Desktop PC including AVS4YOU was erased. Therefore, as I don’t remember my license Key no., please send my license Key no. to Email address and guide me how to re-install the AVS4YOU software in my PC.
