Hi,
I'm using AVS Video Editor 6.4
my project has the main video (with embedded audio) taken from some AVI source, three audio tracks taken from some WAV sources.

During production process, I like to convert audio to a 5.1 PCM file so I can externally edit single tracks.

So I'm producing with these parameters:

- Profile Video HD 1080p
- Video Codec H264/AVC 1920x1080 - 4200bps - 25fps
- Audio Codec PCM - Channels 3/2 + LFE 5.1 Surround - 44100Hz 256kbps

The production crashes with a Microsoft Error on the AVSVideoConverterHost module, then AVS gives error 65536.
NO error occurs when I use Stereo instead of 3/2 + LFE 5.1 Surround.

Any suggestion?

I use Windows XP SP3, CPU I5-650, 3.25Gb RAM.

Dear user,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest versions of AVS Video Editor from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify your PC configuration.

Best regards.

Hi,
I've uninstalled everything, with Uninstall and AVS Uninstall Cleaner.

I've installed your AVS All-in-one latest version (July 10th, 2013) and put my license key but the problem persists when I try to convert audio with the PCM 3/2 5.1 Surround.

The PC configuration is:

CPU INTEL Core I5 - 650 - 3.2GHz
Asrock H55M-LE motherboard, Embedded Video Card, Embedded Audio 7.1 Card
4Gb RAM (only 3.25Gb visibile from Windows XP)
Internal HD 1Tb SATA
External 500Mb HD USB disk when my video projects and video/audio clips are located
Operating System Windows XP SP3 Professional 32-bit italian version.
HP OfficeJet USB Printer.

Here I will attach the actual AVSMedia/ActiveX folder in my Common Files folder.

Dear user,

Thank you for the information.

Please try to split you video project into 2 or 3 parts and produce them separately, inform if you get any problems.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards

I've sent the question to the support page too...
the projects are too complex to split them. Anyway they work good if I produce with audio as MP3 but I cannot do it, because later I need to work on separate audio tracks with Audio Editor for a correct 5.1 sound.

The files have videos originally coded as Panasonic DV Codec (as reported by Virtualdubmod) splitted by AVS Video Remaker and all audio tracks in PCM uncompressed format.

Here I'm attaching one of projects.

Thanks, best regards
