I bought the unlimited version and proceeded to download the latest AVS video converter. I was sent by email to register key together with the instructions. After installation and key register, I opened the application only to get this EAccess Violation message. Wrote the support link and still no response. It has been 5 hours already so I'm stuck with a newly purchased software that does not work. Tried to uninstall and install the package version. Same thing. Uninstalled the Package and reinstalled the AVS Video Converter - same thing. Can anyone send me a simple guide please. Tx EDC

Please make sure that you followed the instructions below to reinstall AVS software:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
