I have been looking for a while for a way to rotate the video 90 degrees... Is there something I am missing or is it that the simple feature is not available?

Thanks. I have tested this and it's a go. When rotating to 90 degrees, is there also an option for us so that the output screen would show as full screen?

You can use the Zoom effect, but in this case a part of the top and bottom screen will be deleted:
