Once I have finished converting a file to Mpeg, I cannot locate the converted file on my pc

Please try to open AVS Video Converter. In the Output File Name line you will find the directory on your PC where the last converted file was saved.

Please check that directory and inform if you can find the file there.

I can not find the MP4 file that I converted from a video "VOB" file, on my computer, anywhere.

I have tried to convert it 3 times and when I told it on the 2nd and 3rd attempt to save as the same path as the prior one, it says,already exist, do I want to over write it. If I restart AVS, it does not ask me that question.

It appears to be saving it as a temp file, but I can not find it either.

I can not find it after, now the 3rd converting and am now in the process of the 4th try to convert and find it

I double check the information regarding about the directory here and it looks like when the first time that it has been setup the default folder will be on the TEMP folder on windows and after that you will be provided an option to change the directory of the file because of the size of the file that needs to be converted.

The converted files are not saved to Temp folder, only to the folder mentioned in output directory.
