So first let me say I've loved using your products. They have filled a much needed space
in our software collection for converting, editing, and making videos. (and audio)

The most used app is Video Converter. The problem we have is that it is soooo sllooooowwww..

I'm running it right now on a Core i7 reading from and writing to separate SSD drives. It's barely
using over 300MB of RAM, and less than 2% of the CPU.

So where is the hold up? Why isn't this screaming fast? It's certainly not a lack of processing power.
With this particular file it's going incredibly slow, but even with the faster conversions it never uses
more than 10% of the CPU. So what gives?

Thanks.

Dear user,

Sorry for the delay in reply.

Please try to save the video to your hard drive first, then after the conversion is completed transfer it to your SSD.

Inform about the result, please.

Kind regards
