Hi

I am trying to join four small clips together, 2 avi and 2 mp4. I pulled in two of the clips but it would let me pull in the other two. I the deleted the two in and tried to put the other two in and it would do it. I then tried to put the first ones in and it would do it. I then conveted them all to mpg files and again it would let me put one in but no more then I took that one out and it wouldn't let it back in. I looked at the properties of each clip and the all seem to be the same, aspect ratio etc. What am I doing worng?

To avoid the problem please try to completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC following the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest versions of AVS Video Edirtor, try to use it and inform about the result.
