what file do I encode from the DVD ?
and what is proper format and resolution for optimal viewing quality
tablet = ASUS transformer (model I) 1280 x 800
phone = galaxy note = same = 1200 x 800

If you need to convert DVD video please use VIDEO_TS.IFO as an input file in AVS Video Converter:
