Ive been using the free trial of AVS video editor for about a year now. Things have been working fine until now. When i go to produce a video, it stops at around 42-43% and says the file is completed. I go to where the file is saved and half of the video is there. Its not producing the full video. Ive never had this issue before.

I need a quick answer because i am on such a tight schedule with these video producements.

Looks like you need to buy the full unrestricted version. A year of free use seems awfully generous. Time to pay for the privilege.

Its not even that. AVS wont complete a video. Just a few days ago it was working fine. I just tried redownloading and tried different versions. nothing will help.

Dear user,

Please try to completely uninstall all traces of AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:
1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest version of the AVS Video Editor, install it and try to create your video once again:

Infoprm about the result, please.

Best regards.

Alright I unstalled every file and used the link utility as well. I tried reproducing the video and the same result happens. File completes at 42.3% of the total file. When launched the video is only 3:06 minutes long when it should be 7:11 minutes long.

Is it with the same file you have tried every time? Because I think that maybe there is something wrong with the speciel one file (if you just have tried with one file). What there could be wrong with the file, could be a fail so you can not make a full video. Try eventually with more files to see if it is all files, which do not work. Hope you find a solution.
