Hi, I sent a support message over 3 days ago and didn't get a response, so I'm trying here...

Are there any known issues with audio and Windows 8?

I’ve added MP3 audio tracks to my video. However, I cannot hear the audio at all. I only hear the audio from the video. No mixing. I’ve tried the Volume and Balance. I’ve even set the Video to 0 and Audio to 200 and no change.

You can clearly see the audio track. (screenshot1_1.png attached)

If I double-click the audio track in the media library area, I can hear the track. But, if I right-click the audio in the timeline below, then click Audio, then click Play in the “Audio Correction” dialog, I do not hear anything, although the time moving.

I've also tried muting the main video audio and the whole video is silent.

Dear user,

Please specify if the audio volume in Audio Correction window is high and specify the speed of the audio playback - please see the screenshot attached.

Try to change the speed and volume of the audio and inform about the result.

Do you get the same problem with any file formats? If only with several of them please attach one of the audio files you encount problems with.

Thank you for cooperation.

Kind regards
