Is there any way to modify the thumbnails in DVD chapters? Or the text size?
So far I have been very pleased with VE 6.6 -
I used the 'scene-changer' to split a big 6Gig MPG file into 10 chapters.

Now I am faced with most of these chapters having poor thumbnails that were automatically chosen at the split. And they cannot be modified.
As well the text size can be controlled ONLY by dragging it vertically. If I stretch it horizontally, it enlarges uncontrollably.
So one must be very careful of the text contents.

Video Editor would be FANTASTIC, if I could somehow make my own menus with their text and backgrounds, instead of all these pre-made templates, that I really do not like much.

Any suggestions on how I can overcome this drawback?

Well so far I've started looking at the "pattern.xml" file. This menu style appears to be the simplest one.
Perhaps, I'll copy its folder and see if I can come with a new style and resources, with regard to some of the drawbacks and errors that I have mentioned in my above questions.
If - IF - I happen to get any further on this, perhaps you can open up a "users-menu-publishing" area that users could upload their menu modifications to...

Unfortunately for now it is not possible to change the chapters' thumbnails using AVS4YOU software.
I will surely pass the suggestion over to our developers.

We'd greatly apprecite if you could specify how you changed your menu styles.
