the to dvd remains greyed out in my format task bar even after re installing and doing a repair..if i try to use
the free trial software it is highlighted...and also what is the largest file that you should attempt to convert because
i have one movie that is over 2GB

Please follow C:\Program Files\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoConverter\profiles folder on your PC and specify if you have dvdprofiles.xml file inside it.

If not please try to unzip the file in the attachment and save it to the above mentioned folder.

Then run AVS Video Converter and inform if you can select DVD format.

Do you get any problems with DVD format in AVS Video Editor?

There are no minimal file size limitations for AVS4YOU software.

To avoid the problem please try to reinstall AVS4YOU software from your PC following the instructions below:
1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest version of AVS Video Converter.

Please inform about the result.
