Dear User,
alleycat52: |
will mpeg be just as good a format for playing in a dvd player |
You need to check your home DVD player specifications to find out if MPEG or DivX/XviD codec (in AVI format) is supported.
alleycat52: |
what is the largest file that you should attempt to convert because
i have one movie that is over 2GB |
There are no minimal file size limitations for AVS4YOU software.

yes the file was there and i even replaced it with the file that you sent to no avail |
To avoid the problem please try to reinstall AVS4YOU software from your PC following the instructions below:
1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.
2. Follow
this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.
3. Download and install the latest version of
AVS Video Converter.
Please inform about the result.
Best regards
