I get "Unexpected error" And "Invalid Floating Point Operation" messages.

I have tried to cure this problem by re-installing the Video Editor but with no improvement. I have the program installed also on my notebook computer, is this likely to affect my ability to run the program on my desktop PC?

It is the desktop PC that I am having problems with.

I am not able to use all the functions on my notebook as the screen resolution doesn't allow me to see all the options due to the widescreen nature of the notebook. So I need to get it to run on my desktop PC.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possibly that i'm running it on two machines? Is there a limit to how many installations you can heve?

Dear Steve,

Please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software following precisely the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest version of AVS Video Editor and try to import the files once again.

Inform about the result please.

Kind regards
