When converting video files I just recently started to receive internal error 13. How do I fix this?

Dear User,

Please specify the size of the output file as well as the file system of the drive you have chosen for the output file.

To check the file system, please right-click on Local Disk drive > Properies > General tab > File System.

Our software can give "Error code 13" working on FAT32 hard drive after output file reaches 4 Gb.

So does that mean any file 4G or over on a FAT drive can't be converted??

My total file size is 4.2G saving to a FAT32 drive.......conversion fails 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through..............how do I fix?????

To avoid the problem please save the file to some other drive with other file system.

You can also try to reduce the size of the output file, you can find the detailed instructions on how to do it following the link below:

Hi Jim, to isolate the issue, can you try saving this at desktop and see if it will be successful?
