Hi, whats good?

I usually record videos on iMovie with my iPad and sometimes I want to use AVS video editor To create better effects, but I cant import SOME videos, others can be imported with no problems, I dont know if its because of the size of the video or why.

I can upload a image of the error if necessary, but for now Im trying to convert the video to .AVI so maybe I can edit it, im desperated, I really want to add a new effect, anyother ideas please?

Dear User,

Please specify if the video MOV files that you can not import to AVS4YU software can be played on any other players on your PC.

Attach please the error message you get while importing the video to the programs.

Thank you for the information.

Kind regards

Yes, the videos play perfect in Windows Media Player and VLC player

The videos are in HD

I use K-Lite codecs

The videos .MOV only can be imported if their size are very low, like 30 MB (no HD) I use Windows XP

and another issue is that I cant see the video, I didnt try in .AVI though...

here are some images of this issue, I'd apreciate if you tell me what codecs I might use

THanks for your interest Nat, and Happy New Year!

It passed a long time since I dont upload a new video thats why I'm so late, I deleted the other videos since were uploaded to Youtube, now I tried with another one in HD (720p.) but I personally think is because my old PC not your software...

Anyways, the file keeps loading in 0% on the progress bar and I have to ctrl+alt+del to close it, I'm already uploading it to your FTP hope it works, thank you again

(6 minutes left to finish the transaction) xd

Hi, I have the same problem... when I try to import .MOV files I receive this message: "unexpected error" and only an OK button. My files aren't in HD and they aren't too heavys...

Also I tried to convert them in .AVI, .MPEG, .MP4... files but when I open them with AVS editor they are very slow or very fast, not like when I watch them in VLC...

So, what can I do? I might change my video editor?

Dear user,

Sorry for the delay in reply.

To avoid the problem please try to completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC following the instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download and install the latest version of AVS Video Editor from our website:
http://avs4you.com/download.aspx
Try to use it nd inform about the result.

Best regards.
