Hi,
I'm new and am wondering if it's possible to choose an area of a video, e.g. a face, logo, etc., and blur it. If so, could you please share the steps? Thanks!

To blur part of video image, you can use Blur effects of AVS Video Converter.

Hi,
but what if we want to blur a part of the video that is moving? If we want to blur a face that is moving in video, is it possible at all in AVS Video Editor..? Perhaps also barbo had this instance on mind..

Unfortunately it is not possible to apply the blur effect to a moving object.
