Hello, I recently bought AVS Video converter to use and I am very pleased with it. I have one problem though, when I converted a powerpoint presentation from a .pptx to a .avi the playback was very slow. Each slide had around 30 seconds to it. I was wondering if there is any way to change how long each slide gets. Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the duration of the slides.

Best regards.

I am attempting to convert a .pptx file with audio narration on several slides (MSN office PowerPoint 2010) to a mp4 video file. Video conversion seems to work accept audio does not come over to the .mp4 file. Many Thanks. Bob

Hello Bob,

Please, try to use the latest version of AVS Video Converter.

If it doesn`t solve the problem, please, provide some additional information:

- describe your actions step by step;

- specify to which format you convert and which presets you select;

- inform us if you have such a problem with other PowerPoint files or with files of other formats;

- attach your PC configuration: right-click My Computer, choose Properties, make a screenshot of the General bookmark.

Thank you in advance for the information.

Best regards.
