I'd like to know what is wrong w/The Universal Video Converter Host Server. I was using Video Converter (23.78% of my project was done), & then all of a sudden these errors popped up:

Attachments provided.

Is there a way to fix this bug, b/c it seems like that's the only problem that the Converter is having at this time.

Hello,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow the link below and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked:

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify your PC configuration.

Best regards.

I did all that & I still have a problem. And the problem seems to stem from only one folder that I'm working on. The folder's size is 1.55 GB, & I've done 3 other projects from different folders, & they worked just fine. I scanned this particular folder for any possble problems & I didn't have any. I've ben trying to convert this folder for the last 2 1/2 months & I don't know what to do.

Attached is my PC configuratoin.

Hello,

In order to solve this problem please repair AVS files:

1. Close all AVS programs and other running applications.

2. Follow Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Repair.

If some of the .dlls are not registered, please make a screenshot of the Repair window showing those files and send it to us.

Try to provide some additional information about the error:

- describe your actions step by step;

- specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin;

- specify to which format you convert and which presets you select;

Best regards.

When I'm converting I:

1. add video file from My Videos (videos are FLV)
2. make chapters & edit, as necessary
3. make menu
4. convert to DVD format (NTSC, usually SP or LP)

Attached are the screenshots of AVS repair. Note that in the second one, the Video Converter Host Server is a "success".
