just purchased AVSvideo converter. tried to convert and burn powerpoint (pptx) file and it does not give an error message, however, several of the slides have changed format (fonts not recognized, layout changed) and video just shows up at "black screen"

I tried to save as AVI file and WMV file. any suggestions?

Please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converer 8.1:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoConverter.exe

If the issue remains please zip the presentation and send it to us. Please also specify what settings you select for the coversion

Ik werk met AVS Video Converter 8.2 en ik kan mijn .pptx file niet opladen. Ik krijg steeds een foutmelding. Ik kan het bestand er niet bijvoegen want het is bijna 1GB groot.
