Im using the current version of the video converter tool to make .webm videos. They dont play back in firefox although they do in other browsers such as chrome.

Anyone experienced and know of a fix (ie specific encoding settings) that will avoid the problem?

To avoid the problem we would ask you to launch the attached utility on your PC. This utility will update AVS software components installed on your PC.


1. Save the attached .exe file on your PC.
2. Close all running AVS applications and launch the utility.
3. Follow the instructions given.
4. When the installation is complete new updated software components will be installed on your computer.

My WEBMs do play back in Firefox (Version 25 - 28 ). But I'm having issues with what seems like the conversion, My WEBM videos
stop at about 3/4ths of the way during play.
