I have long lengths of video on DVD taken from old 9.5mm film that I want to cut down to smaller pieces for editing. Can I, and if so how?

Hello,
If you want to
cut
and
edit
video you should use AVS Video Editor:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoEditor.exe
If you just need to have the video cut you should use AVS Video Remaker:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoReMaker.exe
Please follow
instructions
.
Best regards.
