The User Interface looks like you can drag the "layers" up and down... but you can't.
How do I put the text layer on top of EVERYTHING? ... I have pictures and video but the text layer seems to be in between them.
There must be a way in this great video editor, right?

Summary: I want the text to be on top of the several image files and video files I put in this video.

There is no possibility to add captions? May I ask if there is a reason for this? It seems like it would be a pretty commonly requested feature, and there are lots of great features in this software.

Also, any suggestion on how I can do this possibly with another open source software?
