Hello,

Ok, I know this topic has been covered here ad nauseum, but I'm continuing to have these problems and I'm sick of it! I uninstalled the previous version (7.1.2.480) and completely removed all ProgramData and Program Files including all drivers associatied with Video Converter.

Can someone please help me, I'm loosing my patience!

I did not mention that I have installed the latest version of avs4you video converter 8.1 and am still having the same problems:

1.) During conversion my PC will automatically reboot with BSOD, but I have not been able to get the Stop code.
2.) If I do get a successful conversion (DVD to WMV), the audio and video are out of synch.

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this.
