I bought this in desperation because I had to have a vid ready for a relation's funeral, without watermarks all over it. Otherwise I would have tried it more.

I have tried all the settings I can think of an all I get is juddering, flickery, low grade, too small output: some or all of these depending on what I have tried to do. I work with mov files and I just downloaded ---- converter, and the results are perfect in high quality settings for AVI, for instance. I can hardly if at all see the difference.

Te video editor's output is woeful. IIRC in the past it used to choke up on long videos (??) big files? SO now it's compressed beyond recovery at _import_ time. The result is a smeary mess compared to the original video.

I have wasted $59 and a good few hours on this rubbish, only to find all I needed was decent software. I guess I just to take that on the chin and learn
