Hi I also have a question. I'm a newbie to video editing. I need to save my video in a 320x240 or 160x120 pixel format. How do I do this? Is this what is called compression?

Hello,

If you want to save video for the Internet you should select one of the following formats:
http://onlinehelp.avs4you.com/AVS-Video-Editor/Features/SavingVideos/SavingforWeb/index.aspx

In order to modify the resolution click the Advanced button and adjust the desired width and heigth.
