I am running the latest versions of all your software

I have a 1080p movie I converted with your video converter to a .MKV file with these settings: HD Video 1080p: H.264/AVC, 9000 kbps; Audio: MP3, 256 kbps

It plays fine with TMT5 trial player but when I use AVS Media Player the video is very jerky every 3-5 sec.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this.

Please specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin. Specify whether another multimedia players (except for TMT5 and AVS Media Player) plays mkv without any issue.
