Hello,

I emailed support and haven't heard back yet so I thought I would try here. I used GoToWebinar to record a Webinar and it gave me a WMV file. I bought and installed AVS so I could edit the file and upload it online.

The WMV is a recorded powerpoint and viewed from my computer it is crystal clear. However when I import it into AVS Video Editor it becomes blurry. I researched the problem and found on your forum that you can change the preview settings which I did (No Cache) but that does not affect the output video. Now when I "Produce" the video as a WMV it is blurry played back and you cannot read the words on the screen.

I attached a screen shot of the properties of my video from the timeline, I saw that you had asked someone to do that before.

Please help!

Hi - I downloaded the trial version of AVS to edit a video created using GoToMeeting. However, when I try to edit it appears blurry inside AVS. Am I missing a setting? Or is it because it is the trial version? Any help would be great.

Hello,

Try to provide some additional information about the error:

- describe your actions step by step;

- specify the format of the file you are trying to edit and its origin;

- specify to which format you convert and which presets you select;

- attach a screenshot of your PC configuration: right-click My Computer, choose Properties, make a screenshot of the General tab.

Best regards.
