All of you know, I'm sure, that most of today's DVDs are encrypted. I have a lot of opera DVDs, which I would like to put on my iPod Classic, so I tried the evaluation version of AVS Video Converter. With the first try AVS told me that the DVD is copyright-protected and I would need a decryptor. AVS indicated the freeware DVD43 program, however, my Norton internet security told me that this is a malicious site and I should move away from it! The other (to be paid for) solution AnyDVD wants a lot of money. I tried another DVD converter before, which I did not like, but that one did accept encrypted DVDs.
It looks like I have to try and find another solution.
