First off, sometimes my computer crashes to a blue screen when using AVS4You Video Editor when I'm producing footage I've recorded.

I'm running:

AMD Phenom Quad Core 3.7GHz processor
Asus MotherBoard
8GB 1600MHz Ram
1GB HDMI Geforce 8400 Graphic Card.

I render the videos usually 1080p x 720p (most of the time, not always) and at either the HD YouTube or 2000 Bitrate for lesser quality videos.


Second question:

If I were to upgrade my motherboard and processor, would I have to buy a new license, and how are the license stored through one's computer?
