Every single song I own is protected music. I am trying to make them unprotected so I can put it into my iTunes player. But every time I try to convert them it doesn't let me. Every file would have a "X" near it any it would say "File Format Error". Anyway to fix this?

Actually, our software does not allow to convert protected files. Sorry if it may be of any inconvenience.

Sorry to bump this up but can you please recommend a software that can convert this to unprotected? One of my clients is experiencing this same issue.
