Using AVS Video Converter I converted MP3+G format to .AVI and then to .MPG and both result in lines displaying double when played.
The MP3+G format displays perfectly when played. I am attaching one of the music in MP3+G format that displayed double after conversion
in .avi format.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

Sorry, but cdg file in your attachments cannot be downloaded. Could you please attach the file in zip archive? We need to test it.

Best regards.

You have to show me how to do that. Haven't done a zip archive before.

By the way, I use Karafun (a free karaoke player download- karafun.com) to play the song. You can see the graphics in a
a normal display just by inputting what I sent you. And when you play the converted .avi format in any player that takes in the .avi format there you
can see the duplicated lines....

Unfortunately, we cannot fix the problen now. Perhaps, it will be fixed in one of the next version. Actually, the file seems to be broken as other media players, for example VLC, also show double text line in the file.

So therefore it is the input file itself that is defective, where some media players can handle it (ex. I used karafun.com player) and some cannot.
Did I understand it correctly?

Yes. I hope our developers make the next version of our software to handle such file.
