I decided to check out AVS4YOU Video Converter again but ran into a problem. Everytime I click on the "Edit" with a video in the list, it doesn't want to load the "Edit Window". I tried clicking the tab without videos, it works, and once in a blue moon it works when only one video is in the list. But if I have 2 or more, I have yet to see it work.

By not working I mean the program freezes. I've tried letting it load through, but an hour later I'm not waiting any longer. I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times and this has not fixed the problem.
I'm using Windows 7, and I have FAR above the recommended requirements for the program.

Any idea what is wrong and any fixes for this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Ran~

Hello Ran,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify your PC configuration.

Best regards.

Thank you for the help,
although this didn't work.

"Something I've Noticed"
AVS Video Converter uses "68,776K" Memory while active but unused.
AVS Video Converter uses approximately "85,500K+" Memory while using a single, few second long, video.
AVS Video Converter uses approximately "91,000K+" Memory while using a single, 15minute long, video. (Also froze while trying to delete that video from the list to test my average video time length <20-30minutes>)
AVS Video Converter uses approximately "125,600K+" Memory while using multiple videos, at my usual video length. (20-30minutes)

Not sure if any of that information is of any importance or will even help at all. It's there just in case.

Not sure what it is you want exactly.

Thanks again for replying, I do hope we can resolve this issue.

Hello again ^^'

Yeah that idea failed as well.

I'm trying to turn Fraps saved videos into HD Youtube ready videos (I tried with default and just Youtube ready)
In all cases... ".avi".

1 - Double click the Video Converter Icon
2 - Check Edit Tab to see if it work (It does)
3 - Open up folder holding my Fraps saved video (In an .avi format no more info given that I can find)
4 - Select them all
5 - Drag and drop videos into Video Converter
6 - Set the profile to HD Video for Youtube (I also tried, in the past, Video for Youtube and one of the MPEG formats.) (This is using the "To Avi" tab at the top)
7 - Press edit tab
8 - Proceed to freeze

(.avi to .avi)
(Fraps to HD Youtube)

*(Ignore that little bar in "SomethingNew.png" I thought it had to do with AVS but found out after taking the screen shot it was with Dell)
