When I try to log in to the support a message tells me the pass word I choose is invalid. I then request that the password be sent to me, and a message appears telling me this has been done. It has been two days and I have not received an e-mail with my “correct” password. I did receive the initial e-mail with my license number, but that is all I have from AVS4You.
I find it frustrating when companies ignore customers in this way
