Hi all,

I have 1 problem. We have a trade show in November and we want to play a series of movies on a 37-42" TV screen through a DVD player (NOT Blu-Ray). The movie plays fine and we have added a jpeg image at the start and end of the movie. So on the timeline you have jpeg, WMV, jpeg. The .WMV is great but the 2 jpegs seem much lower quality. I am testing on my home 37" Sharp TV playing back through a Sharp Blu-Ray player (althoug it's standard DVD). We have tried 300dpi and 900dpi jepgs but they are still fuzzy.

When playing back on the PC, the quality is superb. We are saving in the "Pal, High Quality, DVD" from the frop down. Obviously Pal, as I am in the UK.

My friend at work as down the same thing but used MAC software and the still jpeg pictures are perfect on the 37" TV screen.

Thanks.

Roboticboy.

Hello,

The reason of the issue is resize of the image. The original size is 5764x3241 while the output size is 720x576 (the extension of DVD format). So,that's why the image loses quality. We advise you to try to select Super type of resize in processing settings.

Best regards.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the issue can resolved. As the original size is 5764x3241 while the output size is 720x576. The quality will be lost in any case.

Best regards.
