I was using video editor 5 for a long time and then I upgraded to version #6 and it keeps crashing after crash! I am using heave m2t files

Just to note i have already tried to reinstall and all the other solustuions suggested. my system is more then upto date with 8 gig ram. It seem that wit hthe new video player the player only want to stay open for about 10 to 15 secs before crashing on me. Something is majorly wrong. Im not doing anything to it

I reinstalled the old version 5.1 and it all works great ???? I think something is corrupt in the 6. Video editor!

Hello,

There may be a conflict between version 5 and 6. We recommend you to uninstall the previous version clearly and install new one. Also, please try disabling caching in new version (menu Edit>Settings>Environment).
