Please, try to provide some information about the error:

- describe your actions step by step;
- specify the origin of the file you are trying to convert;
- specify to which format you convert and which presets do you select;
- attach the sample of the video to your post.

Please try to choose the special preset in the AVS Video Converter 6 for the convertion to the PS3 compatible format.

For that:
1. Launch AVS Video Converter and select the input file
2. Press To MP4 and choose the preset for the PS3 (see the attachment)
3. Convert Now!

I can't get PS3 to accept AVI either. I've used the pre-set options and it STILL doesn't work.

Also, I've noticed that the length of the avi and the thumbnail image don't show up either.

Hi,

I'd recommend you to convert your AVI file into MP4 PS3 compatible format using AVS Video Converter 6 and then upload it to your PS3.
